Ride the waves on our Wave Rider simulator and experience the thrill of bodyboarding or skimboarding in a fully controlled environment. Led by our qualified instructors, it’s an exciting way to test your balance and have fun, all with the beautiful West Sands beach as your backdrop.

Session details

  • 45-minute session
  • Minimum height: 1.2m
  • Children under 16 must have an adult present
  • All riders must read and sign the Wave Rider disclaimer before taking part. This is completed at the Shore Shack when you arrive
  • What to bring / wear: T-shirt and swim-suitable shorts, towel, suncream. Changing rooms are provided

Cancellation Policy

  • If Seal Bay Resort cancels/postpones/rearranges any event customers are entitled to a full refund back to their original payment method.
  • Customers who book activities through the App or at one of the Resort Activity Booking points have until 24 hours prior to the event start to cancel with a full refund to their method of payment.
  • Any activity or event booked and not cancelled within 24 hours (or any no-shows) will not be refunded.
  • Seal Bay Resort reserves the right to cancel any activity at any time without notice.
  • All activities are weather dependent and the decision of Seal Bay Resort team is final
