Join us at the Teddy Bear Factory and create your very own custom teddy to take home. From choosing your bear to adding the finishing touches, it’s a fun, hands-on experience that children (and grown-ups!) will love.

All participants sit together in the Teddy Bear Factory
Accompanying adults are asked to observe from within the Studio
Under-12s must be accompanied by an adult

Standard Package (from £25): Includes your cuddly bear, stuffing, certificate and their lovable heart.
Premium & Gold Packages: Available to choose on arrival.
Platinum Package: Includes your cuddly friend, magic stuffing, lovable heart, Bear-th Certificate, amora scent and a t-shirt.
Ultimate Package: Includes your cuddly friend, magic stuffing, lovable heart, Bear-th Certificate, an outfit of your choice, a voice box for a personalised message and a carry bag to keep your new friend safe.

Cancellation Policy

If Seal Bay Resort cancels/postpones/rearranges any event customers are entitled to a full refund back to their original payment method.
Customers who book activities through the App or at one of the Resort Activity Booking points have until 24 hours prior to the event start to cancel with a full refund to their method of payment.
Any activity or event booked and not cancelled within 24 hours (or any no-shows) will not be refunded.
Seal Bay Resort reserves the right to cancel any activity at any time without notice.
All activities are weather dependent and the decision of Seal Bay Resort team is final.
