Santa’s Grotto at Seal Bay

Santa’s coming back to Seal Bay – and there’s a whole festive experience waiting for little ones before they even reach the big man himself!

Their Christmas adventure begins with plenty of festive fun along the way. Make your own reindeer feed ready for Christmas Eve, enjoy a warming hot chocolate, write that all-important letter to Santa and even dress up like one of his elves with our festive dressing-up box.

Then it’s time to follow the festive trail to Santa’s Grotto.

Step inside to meet Santa himself, share your Christmas wishes, have that all-important chat about the nice list and leave with a special present from Santa to take home.

Bringing more than one child?

Please book one slot for each child taking part in the Grotto experience.

For example, if three children are coming along, you’ll need to book three slots. This makes sure every child gets to enjoy the experience and has their own special time with Santa.

Please arrive in plenty of time for your booked slot so you can enjoy the full Grotto experience.

The reindeer are getting ready. The elves are waiting. And Santa can’t wait to see you!

Cancellation Policy

  • If Seal Bay Resort cancels/postpones/rearranges any event customers are entitled to a full refund back to their original payment method.
  • Customers who book activities through the App or at one of the Resort Activity Booking points have until 24 hours prior to the event start to cancel with a full refund to their method of payment.
  • Any activity or event booked and not cancelled within 24 hours (or any no-shows) will not be refunded.
  • Seal Bay Resort reserves the right to cancel any activity at any time without notice.
  • All activities are weather dependent and the decision of the Activities Management team is final.
