Oasis Leisure Complex, Waterfront Quays

Enjoy a great time at Seal Bay Resort and be able to use the Oasis Pool complex on the Waterfront Quays. Opening times for the Oasis Pool complex are the following:

10am – 5pm commencing from the 15th March to the 12th of May.

Whilst you are here you can also enjoy our brand new Millie’s Cookies for a bite to eat, the Arcade, Crazy Golf, Soft Play area or take a spot of lunch or grab a coffee in one of our restaurants open at the Waterfront Quays.

Terms and Conditions

The correct number of adults, children, under 4’s and seniors must be completed on the booking.
Seal Bay Resort have the right to refuse entry or change opening times due to circumstances beyond its control.
All access is subject to availability and may be restricted to swim slot sessions.
Lockers are £1 coin (refundable).
Please ensure your email is either available for checking on your phone or you have a printed email to present on arrival and when entering the Waterfront Quays entrance.
The Gate Code featured on your confirmation email must be used to access the Windmill Waterfront Quays entrance to the park.

Swimming Ratios

0-3 years = 1 adult* to 1 child.
4-7 years = 1 adult* to 2 children.
8+ years = May swim unattended.

*16 years old is counted as a supervising adult.

Availability of other facilities/activities at the Waterfront Quays are subject to availability, opening hours and extra charge. No access to Entertainment venues is available.
