Timings may vary depending on availability, so it’s important to get in touch as soon as possible to secure your spot. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to make the most of your adventure!

Cancellation Policy

  • If Seal Bay Resort cancels/postpones/rearranges any event customers are entitled to a full refund back to their original payment method.
  • Customers who book activities through the App or at one of the Resort Activity Booking points have until 24 hours prior to the event start to cancel with a full refund to their method of payment.
  • Any activity or event booked and not cancelled within 24 hours (or any no-shows) will not be refunded.
  • Seal Bay Resort reserves the right to cancel any activity at any time without notice.
  • All activities are weather dependent and the decision of the Activities Management team is final.
