Suitable for ages 6+. All under-12s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian aged 18+

Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are essential. No sandals or Crocs permitted. We recommend trainers for the best grip and comfort. If footwear isn’t suitable, our instructors may ask for it to be changed. Refunds are not offered, but we can reschedule your session (subject to availability).

Cancellation Policy

If Seal Bay Resort cancels/postpones/rearranges any event customers are entitled to a full refund back to their original payment method.
Customers who book activities through the App or at one of the Resort Activity Booking points have until 24 hours prior to the event start to cancel with a full refund to their method of payment.
Any activity or event booked and not cancelled within 24 hours (or any no-shows) will not be refunded.
Seal Bay Resort reserves the right to cancel any activity at any time without notice.
All activities are weather dependent and the decision of Seal Bay Resort team is final.
